We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to file a complaint and allow us to either provide a replacement, provide store credit, or process a refund to your card.
To be eligible for a refund, replacement or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and if seeking a refund the item will need to be unopened and photographic evidence sent to us.

Pictures and description of the issue will be sufficient. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund, credit or replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to reach out to us directly at one of our contact methods listed (phone, email, IM) and once the reason for the exchange or credit is accepted, we will work with you directly to do what is necessary.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request for an exchange, refund or credit and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you'll be given a refund to your card on file, a custom one time account credit or credit code for the specific amount within 10 business days.
